Visit PennKey Support to create a PennKey username and password. The PennKey Support team also provides live support Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.

Select “Contact PennKey Support” to connect with a live support agent, make sure you have: a device with a camera and internet browser; a valid photo ID (e.g., PennCard, driver’s license, or passport); and an internet connection.
