Answer:
This could be due to a few reasons. Most often, there is an error with selected search criteria, but some alumni elect to hide their information.
For search criteria:
- Make sure that you have the person’s formal name, rather than a nickname.
- Try searching for their last name only.
- Narrow it down by using additional criteria such as Graduation Year or School.
For hidden profiles:
- Not all alumni consent to sharing their profile in the directory. The person you are searching for may have hidden their information.
