Wharton Students Capitalize on Summer Internships
Every year, the Career Services Summer Opportunity Fund provides students the ability to pursue their passions through summer research and internships, without having to worry about expenses. For Dante Cruz, W’25, that meant developing a podcast on financial ethics with a nonprofit, while Catherine Buren, W’25, Nu’25, researched the mental health of nurses.
Lauder to Launch Italian Language Track
To graduate from the Joseph H. Lauder Institute for Management & International Studies, all students must demonstrate proficiency in a language of their chosen region of study. Next year, the Lauder Institute will launch an Italian language track, expanding the Europe Program of Concentration, which currently includes French, German, Russian, and Spanish.
