In this session, Professor Blouin will cover the recent and anticipated changes in the taxation of non-U.S. business operations. Topics will include (but are not limited to) the effects of the provisions enacted under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and the OECD’s Pillar proposals.
