Today, the amount of information online can be counted in zettabytes — each of which is one hundred billion times the amount of storage on a typical laptop. For participants in the Dr. Bruce I. Jacobs Scholars in Quantitative Finance program, that wealth of data has been a boon. Thanks to the program’s emphasis on rigorous analysis, students and alumni are finding success in fields ranging from cloud computing to finance.
