MyPenn / Alumni Directory Button


I need to access MyPenn in order to update my Alumni Forwarding Email, but I received an error message that MyPenn is down, what do I do?


If you would like to change your forwarding destination, but MyPenn is unavailable, you may do so through the Forwarding App:  

  1. Open Identity & Access Management (IAM) at 
  2. Scroll down to “Forwarding” 
  3. Click on “Access the App”
