I need to access MyPenn in order to update my Alumni Forwarding Email, but I received an error message that MyPenn is down, what do I do?
If you would like to change your forwarding destination, but MyPenn is unavailable, you may do so through the Forwarding App:
- Open Identity & Access Management (IAM) at https://apps.wharton.upenn.edu/iam/
- Scroll down to “Forwarding”
- Click on “Access the App”
